We apologize for the difficulty you're experiencing, and we would be happy to assist you! The DLC Administrators have advised managers can pull their own completion reports for their Direct Reports by navigating to the "My Team" tab on the DLC homepage and then clicking on the three dots on the user's information in the top right as well as view their course completion and training due.

Alternatively, you may run reports on your direct and indirect reports, via the 'Reports' drop down option in the top right of your homepage.
