Users with an active account should be able to access the Dexcom Learning Center (DLC) by using the Dexcom OKTA link or the Internal Intranet site.


If the user is still not able to log in using SSO then, please escalate. Gather any errors and screenshots of the error.

Apologies for the issue with accessing your DLC account. Dexcom Administrators have stated if you are a Full Time Employee, Contractor/Consultant, or Temporary Employee, you should now be accessing the DLC using SSO.

You should be able to log into the Dexcom Learning Center (DLC) through your Internal Intranet Site. Or you can navigate and log in to dexcom.okta.com and locate the 'Dexcom Learning Center' tile under the 'My Apps' section of the page.

If you are having difficulties, kindly provide the following information:

1. Are you a Full Time Employee, Contractor/Consultant, or Temporary Employee?
2. Can you provide a screenshot showing the error message you received, please?
